Eureka DMC has been nominated in two categories at the Association Excellence Awards 2026 for its work on the MFPA's 70th anniversary conference and celebration in London: Association Agency or Supplier of the Year and Best Celebratory Event.
The Association Excellence Awards recognise the work of associations, membership bodies and the agencies and suppliers that support them. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at Hilton London Bankside on Friday 13 November 2026.
The MFPA 70th anniversary: a landmark programme
To mark its 70th anniversary, the MFPA brought more than 300 delegates from 35 countries to London for a multi-day conference and celebration programme. Eureka DMC managed the event from end to end. It was far more than a standard conference: it was a fully integrated experience combining business, culture and celebration across a series of iconic London venues.
The programme featured:
- A large-scale international conference with live translation into more than 20 languages, so every delegate could engage fully with the content.
- A week-long exhibition, designed to showcase artwork and give delegates a focal point for networking throughout the programme.
- A gala dinner at the Guildhall, where we turned the historic hall into an elegant, high-impact evening with full production, staging and entertainment.
- A closing party at 26 Leake Street, offering a completely different atmosphere and a taste of London's creative scene to end the week.
Behind the scenes, every element was co-ordinated by the Eureka DMC team, from airport arrivals and international delegate logistics through to production, design and on-site management. The result was a complex, multi-venue international event that felt effortless for the client and unforgettable for their guests.

This category recognises the agencies and suppliers that make a real difference to the associations they work with. Our nomination reflects the scale and complexity of the MFPA programme, and the partnership approach that brought it together across multiple venues, services and countries.
Best Celebratory Event
This category celebrates association events that mark a milestone in memorable style. The MFPA's 70th anniversary combined a major international conference with a gala dinner at one of the City of London's most historic venues and a closing party in one of its most creative spaces.
