We were proud to deliver a landmark event for the MFPA, bringing together over 300 delegates from 35 countries for a multi-day conference and celebration programme in London. This was far more than a standard conference — it was a fully integrated experience combining business, culture and celebration across a series of iconic venues.
The programme included a large-scale conference with live translation across 20+ languages, ensuring every delegate could fully engage with the content. Alongside this, we delivered a week-long exhibition space, carefully designed to showcase artwork and create a focal point for networking and interaction throughout the event.
A highlight of the programme was the gala dinner at the Guildhall, where we transformed the historic space into an elegant, high-impact evening with full production, staging and entertainment. The event concluded with a high-energy closing party at 26 Leake Street, bringing a completely different atmosphere and giving guests a true taste of London’s creative scene.
From airport arrivals and delegate logistics through to production, design and on-site management, every element was carefully coordinated to deliver a seamless experience. The result was a complex, multi-venue international event that felt effortless for the client and unforgettable for their guests.
